Login

Users must create their account prior to selecting purchase reports and select form as these are secure areas.

Click on Login then "Create New Acct Here" located next to Login box.

Process steps:

Purchase reports if necessary (positive balance required to proceed)

Select form

Click continue

Browse to import PDF file

Load selected file

Input form appears populated with data after loading. All fields can be edited or you can stop the process without charge prior to clinking on the submit button.

Click the submit button to generate reports (important - users must enable browser to accept pop ups to view report).

Save before exiting report screen as the report is nonrecoverable without generating a new report

Time required to run and download any report is kept to only a few seconds.

Additional Information

Reports are not considered used until the submit button is clicked. This allows any type of correction to be made prior to submission without cost.

Pop ups must be enabled to view report.

Save the report for subsequent viewing. (the generated file name is the company name followed by the run date).

If an input error results in unusable report e-mail details to receive a replacement credit.
